The first surprise was the low price the next one was the taste! The pizza was made with the Best tomato sauce I've ever had in my life. The only thing I regret is that we discovered this place at the end of our vacation.

Overall, we enjoyed the experience and appreciated the effort to offer something distinctive. The truffle and crispy zucchini pizza was a standout for me, its rich flavors were truly unique and unlike anything I’ve tried before. However, the margarita pizza was less impressive. It had a watery consistency that compromised its structure, lacking the balance and integrity one would expect from a well-crafted pizza.

the pizza in this restaurant is nothing short of spectacular! i have been a pizza afficiando for many years and traveled all over italy in search of "the best" pizza. here, i found it. this is a full 10 out of 10! i actually had to order 2 more pizze after my first one, just to try. they kept getting better, unbelievable. despite this, this is a very unassuming place, probably not even aware of how precious and good they really are. lovely people! and for everyone who loves pizza, this is not only worth a long walk from old gallipoli - but a pilgrimage. really! PS: do yourself a favor and eat that beautiful pizza right there - takeaway pizza will NEVER taste as good as fresh! pizza looses its mojo faster than any other dish ... just think espresso - how good is a takeaway espresso?
